Keep to a good food plan, cut down on white wheat and sugars, make your meals more interesting, your body will be happy and so will you.

Drink plenty of hot water, with a slice of lemon and a slice of ginger, make it yourself, and sip it at work or when you are doing things. Cut down on caffeine and alcohol. If you do go out for drinks, chose a long drink with a mixer and ice.

Keeping a journal is a great way to opening your mind and write down what you feel, places you have been and things you want to do.
